Responsibilities Include:
- Manage detailed and busy calendars
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Build relationships with committee chairs and staff to coordinate meetings
- Collaborate with the communications and other internal teams
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and transportation as needed
- Assist with special projects as requested
Qualifications Include:
- 4 years providing administrative support
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong MS Office skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
