This individual will serve as the department point of contact for all benefits questions and will review and approve new hire elections and open enrollment tasks. Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee benefits programs and process changes for open enrollment
- Manage the benefits administrative process and work with 3rd party vendors
- Ensure compliance with benefits programs
- Assist with Benefits Orientation and annual compensation process
- Maintain and update documents pertinent to benefits enrollment
Qualifications Include :
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
