Responsibilities Include:
- Manage calendars for pastor, church, and other support staff
- Screen all incoming calls and correspondence
- Arrange logistics for meetings, events, and guests
- Monitor and process expense reports
- Oversee special projects
- Prior administrative experience
- Knowledge of Catholic tenets and local diocesan requirements preferred
- Proficiency in MSOffice
- Experience working with Parish Soft or other management software
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
