The Ford Agency is seeking a Corporate Relations Assistant to join a growing association in Virginia. The individual will work with the team on key projects and initiatives that promote strategic relationship building with corporate partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with a business development background to join an organization that promotes professional development. This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with team to track partnership deliverables and contracts
Assist in creating corporate partnership presentations, outlines, and briefing materials
Handle speaker materials for various events
Manage multiple projects for the association
Create summary reports for contractual deliverables
Attend corporate partnership meetings with senior staff
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of professional experience, marketing, or account management experience a plus
Strong client service and administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Database software a plus
Excellent writing and communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
