Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs
- Use Python for data analysis, automations, and advanced modeling
- Write complex SQL queries for transformation, optimization, and data extraction
- Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis to inform decisions and improve operations
- Design and implement models to forecast trends
- Maintain and update documentation for data sources, methods, and
- Assist with strategic and analytical needs for chapters to promote growth and member engagement
- Collaborate with the data management team to design, and refine reporting for the team and the chapters it supports
- Present reports and key findings to Board members and chapter leadership
- Analyze trends and communicate insights to internal and external teams
- Collect data and analyses for leadership, chapters, and internal teams
- Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years in business intelligence or HR data analytics roles
- Strong data analytics experience and ability to visualize data
- Proficiency in: SQL, PowerBI, Python, R, MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), Tableau
- Experience with UKG or other HRIS strongly preferred
- Experience with Aderant preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong customer focus
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
