The Ford Agency is searching for an IT Coordinator to join a leading non-profit in downtown, DC. This role will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities ranging from help desk support to contributing to overall future planning and strategy for the organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for an up and coming IT professional who isn't just tech savvy, but truly has a curious and creative head for tech.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the help desk ticket system, responding to hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist staff with IT tips, tricks, and best practices
- Set up conference room AV/Tech as needed
- Ensure tech onboarding/offboarding is streamlined and thorough
- Assist with setting up user accounts, including 365 groups
- Assist with LAN/WAN network administration
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years of IT/Tech professional or internship experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and curious style of thinking
- Ability to interact authentically with a broad range of individuals
- Strong experience in both Windows and MacOS environments
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
