The Ford Agency is currently looking for a versatile Recruiter for a contract role with a growing national business located in MD. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of recruiting experience to be trained and gain invaluable recruiting experience. This role is available immediately!
Responsibilities include:
- Identify candidates for new customer service department
- Screen and process incoming candidates
- Coordinate with hiring manager for interviews
- Collaborate with other recruiting team members
Qualifications Include:
- Prior recruiting / talent acquisition experience, high volume recruiting a plus
- Familiarity with an ATS and experience with online search resources
- Outstanding logistic and coordinating skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in the Maryland area and be available to work immediately. This is a fully on-site role with free parking.
