Client Success Associate - TYMETAL
TYMETAL, located in Greenwich, NY, seeks a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service on our Inside Sales team. Our Client Success Associates have a wide range of responsibilities, all focused on going the extra mile to serve our loyal customer base. Responsibilities of our Client Success Associate:
- Work directly with customers and/or our Outside Sales Representatives to develop quotations for gate products and systems.
- Respond to technical product inquiries and follow up on sales leads with the goal of closing every sale.
- Work closely with engineering to assemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending orders.
- Enter sales orders in a timely manner to ensure we meet the production lead times and delivery promise dates.
- Perform project management for larger projects, monitoring the sale from the time of order entry to the product installation at the job site.
- Work closely with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing and shipping to ensure the smooth flow of information and effectively communicate with the customer throughout the process.
- Work internally to resolve any and all customer service issues, including quality and delivery issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for our Client Success Associate:
- AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read project plans, specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and detail skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Computer proficiency, specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with ERP and contact management software is preferred.
- No travel is required.
