We have part-time opening for a Human Resource Assistant. The schedule would be 20 hours / week. The starting wage for this position is $18 / hour.
Position Description
The Human Resources Assistant assists all departments within The Rescue Mission to implement and carry out human resources programs and functions. The HR Assistant should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3 : 23 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with the employee recruiting and onboarding process.
- Assist with HR projects, trainings / development initiatives, and administrative duties.
- Provide support to the HR Coordinator and the Sr. Vice President of HR.
- Assist with employee related activities.
