Direct hire opportunity for a Leave Admininstrator with a great non-profit organization. Onsite role located in Harlem, NYC. Monday - Friday standard business hours
Job Details
- Play an imporatant part in the organization's leave administration process
- Laison with internal staff, vendors and third party insurance companies
- Track, monitor and maintain leave cases
- Handle workplace accommodations and return to work cases
- Communication with payroll staff regarding changes in pay
- Maintian accurate personnel and benefit information in HR systems
- Knowledge of labor laws, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, PFL, ACA etc.
- Assist with vendor billing and invoices
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in human resources, benefits and leave
- Working knowledge of NYS Paid Family Leave, FMLA, ADA and NYS Disability
- Experience providing Human Resources for not for profit agency preferred
- Highly skilled in MS Office, Google Suite and HRIS
- Excellent communication
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Ability to travel to all agency locations as required

Salary : $32 - $34
