The Forum Group, has been a leader in Executive Search in NYC since 1971. From a staffing perspective, we have grown to a client service organization encompassing eight divisions of specialized recruiting. While operating under the same management umbrella, the divisions are segmented by recruitment specialty.
The Financial Services team covers Investment Banks and Asset Managers in the Risk Management, Accounting&Finance, Quant/Data Analytics and Compliance laterals. We are poised to add talent to the firm as we enter a dynamic growth phase, and we are seeking experienced professionals in Search.

Communication skills which effect both to candidates and clients as well as internal successes. Prior experience establishing, and recruiting talent and/or developing, and supporting clients in the Financial Services and/or FinTech sectors is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. Experience in servicing financial related clientele with a strong preference towards relevant areas including Risk Management, Finance & Accounting, Compliance, Quants/Data Analytics. Experience at a recruiting/search firm, professional services firm, or client-side internal recruiting function. General knowledge of the financial services and/or fintech industries. Excellent communication skills. Desire to be be a business leader or builder; an entrepreneurial drive and spirit is necessary.
