Human Resources Generalist – Bay Ridge, Brooklyn
On-site | 5 days/week
$70,000–$85,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits from design through administration, including leaves of absence
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ensure HR compliance with applicable state laws and regulations
- Oversee job postings and maintain tracking of required trainings
- Report directly to a dynamic HR leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus
- 3–5 years of HR management/generalist experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and technical skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time
