Executive Compensation Manager
Greater Boston Area | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
$130K–$150K
We’re partnering with a fast-moving global tech company to hire an Executive Compensation Manager for a newly created, high-impact role. You'll work directly with the Global Head of Rewards to develop and execute a best-in-class total rewards strategy—including executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plans, and global equity programs.
The ideal candidate has a background in executive compensation consulting and is looking to move in-house, or is a corporate-side subject matter expert with deep experience in this area.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead annual compensation planning, salary reviews, benchmarking, and pay equity analysis
- Design and manage short-term incentive (bonus/commission) and long-term incentive (LTI/stock) plans
- Prepare insights and board materials for Compensation Committee meetings
- Support job leveling, career pathing, and M&A reward integration
- Ensure compliance with SEC/public company requirements and local regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting executive and total rewards in a publicly traded company (ideally NASDAQ-listed)
- Proven expertise in LTI plan design, incentive plan modeling, and Compensation Committee preparation
- Strong ability to build trust with senior leadership and drive data-informed decisions
- Familiarity with compensation transitions during M&A activity
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred
