As a Personal Injury Claims Specialist on our team, you will be responsible for assisting personal injury lawyers with clerical duties, such as answering phones and managing paperwork.
You will also play a crucial role in the litigation process, preparing witnesses and clients for depositions, transcribing legal documents, and scheduling court hearings and other proceedings.
- Interviewing and screening prospective clients is a critical aspect of this role.
- You will need to review police and witness reports, schedule medical examination appointments and follow-ups, and gather and review medical reports and insurance information.
