Job Description:
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days/week in Salesforce Chicago office)
Contract Duration: January 16, 2025 – July 15, 2025 (No possibility of extension or conversion to permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement paid search strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Campaign Execution: Build, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 (SA360).
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and implement bidding strategies to meet performance goals.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Content Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy and conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for paid search strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in the B2B SaaS vertical.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to manage complex budgets and bidding strategies (e.g., tCPA, tROAS, offline revenue uploads, custom-weighted conversions).
- Analytical Strengths: Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance data to inform decisions.
- Results-Driven: History of meeting or exceeding marketing pipeline or revenue targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous focus on accuracy in execution and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing global paid search programs.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to bring leadership visions to life independently.
