What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kronos/UKG Pro Functional Consultant position at The Fountain Group?
PAY : $80-110 / hour W2.
Remote role no expectations of onsite work.

Responsibilities :
- Requirement gathering : Collaborate with HR Stakeholders in the areas of Time, HR and Pay-roll to understand processes, design functional solutions that are in line with HR Business needs, while staying consistent with the application architecture.
- Accountability : For proactive analysis, configuration, testing, implementation using the setup Data Manager and end user Support.
- Testing : Collaborate with the Testing team to develop test scenario’s, scripts and conduct functional SIT testing to validate system functionality against business requirement.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts.
- Manage Defect resolution including assessing and resolving critical Kronos\UKG Pro configuration Issues in a live, operational environment.
- Must be a Critical thinker and Problem Solver
- Support technical and functional design, documentation & training for multiple integrated systems.
- Leading workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system require-ments. Identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
