REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B or B2C campaign execution and demand generation.
- Direct experience working in marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency on a PC.
- Ability to fluctuate between multiple priorities seamlessly and navigate managing multiple pro-jects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with a global organization spanning various time zones virtually and in person.
Preferred
- Experience in email campaign execution and basic HTML coding knowledge.
- Exposure to managing optimization processes and A/B and/or multivariate testing.
Job Description:
- The Marketing Automation Specialist oversees the marketing automation (MA) platform and its deployment across the division. The Marketing Automation Specialist will actively advocate the use of marketing automation across the enterprise to support accelerated growth. This role executes the support, training, implementation, and consultative efforts needed to maximize the value of marketing automation. The MA Specialist will lead in establishing coordinated processes and data structures to support business units and regional marketing efforts, develop lead-scoring processes to develop rich constituent profiles, and develop marketing automation programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Activities)
- Work with businesses & GSMS marketing strategy to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns that achieve campaign goals.
- Build, test, and deploy email marketing programs within the MA platform.
- Effectively Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management, re-engagement, and compliance with Global opt-in laws and regulations.
- Adhere to the documented ad promo policy and ensure associated processes for automated emails are compliant with the latest global laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Plan and perform A/B tests to improve productivity, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative designers, developers, and project managers using a Project Management platform.
- In alignment with Commercial Excellence and Digital Marketing strategy, support the management of campaigns including lead scoring and lead nurturing programs.
- Support the maintenance of integrations into CRM systems and other platforms to support effective contact and lead management.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall user engagement.
- Working with digital and creative partners, create and maintain the suite of email and landing page templates to simplify and speed execution.
- Implement best practices, including guidelines for emails, landing pages, forms campaigns etc.
- Leverage system reporting capabilities to provide the business with timely and pertinent in-formation.
- Adhere to best practices and guidelines for customer communication.
- Work with our internal divisional Global Strategic Marketing Solutions and external creative teams/agencies to maintain the integrity of brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in email marketing and automation.
- Train and nurture users within the Marketing Automation platform including monthly tips and tricks guides and leading best practice sharing sessions.
