Payroll Specialist
Location : Exton, PA
Pay : $32 / hr
Assignment : 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (Hybrid : 2-3 days onsite)
Job Description :
- Coordinate with vendors to manage and reconcile mobility data, ensuring accurate reporting for employee relocations, international assignments, and equity transactions.
- Partner with internal teams (Equity, Payroll Compliance) to ensure transactions are processed correctly and all tax adjustments are made accurately for quarter-end and year-end.
- Support payroll operations by addressing escalated issues, creating process documentation, and driving efficiencies and process improvements across multiple projects.
