Project & Program Manager (1-Year Contract)

Seeking an experienced Project & Program Manager to oversee and execute complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. This role requires expertise in agile project management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management within a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle agile project management for multiple high-priority initiatives, from concept to completion.
- Develop and manage project/program plans, tracking scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Executive Flight).
- Apply Lean methodologies (VSM, process mapping, BPSM, facilitation workshops) to optimize processes.
- Define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights on project performance and business impact.
- Drive change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Create and present high-quality business cases, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Oversee vendor and consultant relationships, ensuring project alignment with external partners.
- 10 years of project/program management experience, including executive-level communication.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, risk assessment, budget oversight, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Background in Global Real Estate & Facilities Management.
- Consulting experience (5 years) in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Certifications in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Experience with SAP Ariba.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred).
