We are a new restaurant in Madison, Mississippi. We are looking for talented chefs to join our team. A Raw Bar position entails expertly preparing and presenting fresh seafood items like oysters, poke bowl, and crudo, ensuring proper sanitation and quality control while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment; key responsibilities include skillfully shucking oysters, knife skills, maintaining a clean raw bar station, and accurately taking and fulfilling customer orders for raw seafood dishes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
