Primary purpose: Provide assistance in office administration for all TVID Exterior Installed Sales operations (Gutters and Overhead Doors).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Engagement: Be the welcoming face and voice of TVID Exterior. Skillfully assist customers via phone, email, and in person, fostering a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Efficient Materials Management: Take charge of ordering and receiving materials for installation, material-only orders, in-house supplies, and more. You'll be instrumental in keeping our projects well-supplied and on track.
  • Installation Scheduling: Manage the install schedule for all in-house and sub-contractor installers as well as warranty, repair and service calls.
  • Streamlined Financial Processes: Review, update, and invoice tickets, process labor bills for subcontractors and internal labor, and handle invoicing for completed jobs while ensuring precise record reconciliation.
  • Problem Solving and Adaptability: Skillfully process credits for returns and account discrepancies. Assist in managing inventory and address any unexpected challenges with a flexible mindset.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with internal and external customers as well as sub-contractors in a friendly, professional manner. Collaborate with field teams to manage project progress and navigate scheduling complexities.
  • Organized Record Keeping: Maintain organized paperwork and filing systems, including BisTrack records and reports. Monitor any order concerns, and project status updates.
  • Warranty Management: Review warranties and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
  • Quality and Safety Focus: Prioritize safety and quality in all tasks, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by thinking, planning, and executing tasks with a visionary mindset.
  • Goal Achievement: Set and achieve goals effectively, even under pressure, while skillfully juggling multiple tasks.
  • Other Job Tasks: Complete other job tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:

Strongly Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with BisTrack.
  • General understanding of Installed Sales and contracts.
  • High School Diploma.
