Primary purpose : To manage the install schedule of all sub-contractors, field staff, and warranty / repairs for designated departments

Duties and Responsibilities :

Scheduling & Coordination :

Organize and oversee installation schedules for designated departments, including multi-family projects.

Ensure a smooth transition between jobs by effectively planning and managing resources.

Coordinate with sales, account coordinators, and the install team to align schedules and communicate updates.

Warranty & Repairs Management :

Schedule warranty and repair appointments with homeowners and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.

Track and follow up on outstanding repair requests to ensure resolution.

Subcontractor & Work Order Management :

Communicate installation schedules and payable work orders to subcontractors.

Ensure subcontractors meet quality and safety expectations.

Process Improvement & Other Duties :

Identify and implement improvements in scheduling efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling and work orders.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Scheduling & Coordination : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Problem-Solving : Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision.

Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.

Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain a lean approach to work.

Adaptability : Willingness to be flexible, follow directions, and adjust to changing priorities.

Professionalism & Reliability : Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to quality and safety standards.

Self-Motivation : Strong work ethic with stamina and focus to deliver outstanding results consistently.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in residential construction or a related field.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel .

Knowledge of lean construction principles and safety protocols .
