What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back Office Coordinator position at The Franklin Team?

The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for preparing all documentation for offers for The Franklin Team's real estate agents, transaction management in SkySlope, filing, and all office phone and team email management on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the Front Office Coordinator is out of the office. This role will assist with the Home Buyout Program (HBP) process and Open House management.
This Back Office Coordinator will maintain a valid Texas Real Estate License and will complete work Monday through Friday.
Mission Critical Tasks:
- Prepare offers for agents within 24 hours of the request being received
- Assist the Director or Transactions with transaction management in SkySlope
- Manage the filing system in the office, ensuring all files are accurate, updated, and in the correct location
- Manage the office phone and team email, add builder closings to the calendar, and manage builder requests in HAR on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Prepare and send HBP documents to clients, following up until signed copies are received
- Manage all homes purchased by The Franklin Team through the HBP, including utility and insurance set up and detailed record keeping of expenses incurred
- Assist the Customer Relationship Manager with Open House preparation each week. Responsibilities include pairing agents with open houses, communicating with agents, and preparation of collateral for agents' use.
