Managing fraud prevention and detection for card services, new accounts, and deposit transactions.
Overseeing customer account management, including dormant accounts, escheatment processes, and negative account handling.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Providing leadership, training, and development to the deposit operations team.
Resolving customer issues related to deposit accounts and processing errors.
Collaborating with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Managing the implementation and maintenance of digital banking initiatives.
Overseeing reconciliation processes for various banking systems and accounts.
Developing and implementing strategic objectives for the deposit operations department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field or a combination with equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in bank operations, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and technological advancements in the financial industry
