We're looking for a highly organized and passionate Yoga Operations Coordinator to help us elevate our yoga offerings across all three club locations.

In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you'll support the daily operations of our yoga program and ensure our studios remain clean, engaging, and welcoming spaces. You'll also support communications, scheduling, and events, and even step in to teach when needed.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

What You'll Do
In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you'll support the daily operations of our yoga program and ensure our studios remain clean, engaging, and welcoming spaces. You'll also support communications, scheduling, and events, and even step in to teach when needed.
Your Impact Will Include
- Keeping our yoga studios clean, organized, and inviting
- Managing class schedules and sub coverage using RGP software
- Creating social media content and promotional materials
- Acting as the communication hub for members, instructors, and leadership
- Assisting with onboarding, training, and payroll coordination for yoga instructors
- Teaching as a substitute yoga instructor (as needed)
- Supporting workshops and events across all locations
- Tracking KPIs and instructor attendance
- 1-2 years of experience in yoga studio operations, teaching, or customer service
- 500-hour yoga certification preferred, with a strong ability to teach all levels
- Experience with class scheduling software (RGP) and social media management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs and actively participating in yoga classes
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to work across locations and cover classes on short notice
- Deep knowledge of yoga techniques, anatomy, and safe instruction practices
