OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY :
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and facilitating the selection process to fulfill the talent needs of both the office and production floor. This position is responsible for developing and executing an efficient recruiting process that meets the overall company goals and is done in a manner that is in line with the Fulton values and Operating Philosophy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Build and own the sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for all positions to deliver the needed talent with the pace and scale sufficient to fill headcount projections.
- Communicate current job opportunities by utilizing the best available methods to source candidates. Continually investigate innovative methods for attracting potential new employees.
- Coordinate the interview process including prescreening candidates, communicating with hiring managers, conducting phone interviews and scheduling onsite interviews.
- Participate in various job fairs and career days as appropriate.
- Tracking and reporting key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
