Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners through phone and email contact daily
- Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume
- Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
- Create and achieve monthly sales goals
- Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
- Represent the Fundworks in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition
Skills and Competencies
- Detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve
- Energetic, self motivated and creative individual
- Ability to achieve high levels of success in a results driven environment
- Integrity based individual
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience required in the industry
Compensation
- Base Salary of 63k-73k/year plus Commission
