Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents in an assisted living facility
- Engage residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote physical and mental well-being
- Provide one-on-one support to residents who may need assistance participating in activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for activities, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
- Document resident participation and feedback on activities
- Answering telephone on the weekend
