We’re seeking a Director of Revenue to partner directly with our Founder / CEO, driving sales and revenue strategies with the potential to grow into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role.
About the Role :
This is a transformative opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in SaaS and HR Tech. You will play a key role in defining and executing a revenue strategy, ensuring measurable results through strong KPIs and scalable sales methodologies.
What We’re Looking For :
- HR Tech Expertise : Extensive experience in SaaS sales with a focus on HR Tech solutions.
- Leadership Experience : Proven success managing and scaling sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Startup Agility : Experience working in startups or small companies (under 50 employees), thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Strategic Partner : Ability to collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO to shape the company’s revenue and growth trajectory.
- Data-Driven Approach : Strong emphasis on sales methodologies and KPIs to drive team performance and achieve targets.
- Location : Based in Tampa, FL, or East Coast with willingness to travel as needed.
