We currently have a career opportunity available for an experienced Painter

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the hotel including but not limited to; guest rooms, public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas and other designated locations

· Maintain cleanliness of guest hallways and report damage to maintenance

· Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing garbage, and restocking supplies

• Sign in and out master keys daily
• Maintain proper usage of supplies and equipment
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
• Report necessary maintenance items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have high volume Painting experience
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Aspects of Position:
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs, or more
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs and ramps
