Easton, PA

The Gardens at Easton is seeking an experienced and dedicated  Director of Nursing Services (DNS)  to lead our skilled nursing facility. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff, we’d love to have you on our team!

Compensation :  $105,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department.
  • Ensure proper documentation in nurses’ notes regarding residents’ treatment, medications, and conditions.
  • Conduct daily rounds to observe the care provided to residents and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and visit selected residents to ensure their care needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Assessment / Care Plan Coordinator to plan, schedule, and revise the MDS, including implementing RAPs and triggers.

    • Qualifications

  • Licensed  Registered Nurse (RN)  in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • At least  1 year of leadership experience  in a long-term care setting as an ADON or DON.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive team environment.
