Responsibilities
- Implement interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
- Collect and compare resident health data to normal findings and established current health status
- Assign and monitor nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the RN and other healthcare professionals
