Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Responsibilities
- Responsible for delegating, monitoring and delivering resident care
- Responsible for medication/treatment administration and documentation
- Receives and gives report on current resident status and changes in status
- Ensures accurate charting and documentation is completed on a daily basis
- Assists new nursing personnel to learn procedures, policies and concepts of care
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and responds to emergencies

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota
- Must have a current Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification
- Must demonstrate ability to perform necessary responsibilities of the position
