The Gardens at West Shore, a skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. This full-time, Monday-Friday position offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on resident care.
As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the performance of nursing personnel, ensuring quality care under the guidance of the residents' attending Physician and the Director of Nursing Services.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, Day Shift, with on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in this state.
- Supervisory experience in long-term care is required.
