Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Gardens at Winsted. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality direct routine care to our residents.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct routine care to residents under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager.
- Developing and implementing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician.
- Collecting resident health data and reporting changes and/or responses to interventions.
- Assigning and monitoring nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
