About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and services tailored to their individual needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Direct the performance of nursing personnel under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.
* Administer nursing care and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home environment.
* Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that address the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
