The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents with memory challenges. We are currently seeking a qualified Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to oversee patient care and ensure the highest standards of nursing practices within our skilled nursing facility.
Position Overview:
This is a Monday through Friday position, offering a stable and consistent schedule. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Support and guide nursing staff in daily operations and clinical activities.
- Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Facilitate communication among staff, patients, and families to address concerns and provide updates on patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a nurse management role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
