We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
- Maintain phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
- Work with the Administrator in maintaining payroll information, updates, and transmission to SLS office.
- Update and track employee attendance
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment management.
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
