Job Responsibilities
- Assists in planning, scheduling, and implementing activities tailored to meet each resident's interests and well-being, as per comprehensive assessments.
- Completes Resident Activity Assessments according to facility, federal, and state guidelines, documenting activity interests and needs.
- Participates in organizing and scheduling community events aligned with resident needs and interests.
- Visits room-bound residents daily or as needed, providing one-on-one interaction.
- Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, OSHA, safety, and federal/state regulations, interacting effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
