The Gardens of St. Francis, a faith-based senior living community committed to compassionate care, is seeking an Infection Control Specialist to lead and oversee infection prevention efforts. This role ensures the safety and well-being of our residents and staff by developing and implementing infection control policies and providing expert guidance on best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and address infection control concerns, implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Investigate outbreaks and implement control measures.
- Provide education and training for staff on infection prevention.
- Collaborate with leadership, department heads, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with all regulations.
Salary : Up to $41 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift : Day Shift Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM (Salaried)
Member of the on-call rotation, responsible for working on campus during assigned on-call weekends and taking scheduled days off during the week.
