The Garrett Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to support system administration and data integrity using CMPro. This role plays a critical part in managing configuration records, customizing data models, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support CM decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CM tools, data analysis, and Department of Defense (DoD) standards, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities: The CM Analyst will oversee system administration in CMPro, including user account management, access controls, and business rules enforcement, ensuring security compliance and robust data validation. They will tailor and populate CMPro templates to meet project-specific needs, maintaining accurate and consistent configuration data. Support will also extend to Facilities Maintenance and Periodic Maintenance Modules as applicable.
In addition, the analyst will design and maintain reports and dashboards using CMPro and Power BI to provide actionable insights for engineering, logistics, and leadership teams. The role involves delivering end-user training on CMPro tools and best practices, while supporting stakeholders in applying configuration management principles effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with configuration management tools (CMPro preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, auditing, and lifecycle documentation
- Familiarity with DoD CM processes, policies, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Experience working with maintenance tracking systems or modules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train and support cross-functional teams
