Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Input charge sheets and process invoices.
- Collect and upload insurance information into patient profile in cerbo.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with their supplement orders, including shipping.
- Assist with the ordering of supplements from vendors and maintaining supplement room.
- Onboarding new patients.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking office supplies, supplements, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs.
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Doctors, staff, and patient information.
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.

Required skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advantageous).
- 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role (advantageous).
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
