Job Title: Program Analyst II
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II
to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon
contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Provide analytical, administrative and program management support.
• Research and investigate the need for and impact of changes in project scope.
• Develop and implement changes to the project scope as needed.
• Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical
techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation such as SOPs and policies.
• Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and revise date call responses.
• Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction.
• Provide periodic status reports as needed.
• Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external
agencies.
• Prepare program correspondence as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to produce documents with minimal errors is highly desired.
• Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
SharePoint.
• Able to work within multi-functional teams.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
