The Genesis Center is a community-based SUD treatment facility that has partnerships with faith-based sober living facilities in the community. The Genesis Centers provides a full spectrum of outpatient services that includes Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), Case Management, Peer Support, Individual Counseling, and Aftercare Services approximating six months in length. Job description:

In coordination with the Clinical Director and Executive Team, the Clinical Site Director is responsible for the management of the clinical team at the Mansfield location and serves as part of the Management Team of The Genesis Center. The Site Director provides vision, leadership, supervision and management to ensure quality service provision and coordination to our clients receiving trauma-informed and dual-diagnostically informed therapeutic services.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Model the Genesis Center philosophy of client-centeredness, empowerment, and cultural proficiency
  • Provide management for daily operations of the clinical team and non-clinical staff to ensure accountability for staff and quality services for clients
  • Achieving organizational outcomes through maintenance of documentation, client files, statistics, and outcome data as required by agency policies and industry standards
  • Conduct regular individual and group supervision of clinical team
  • Participate in the development and implementation new policies and procedures as required.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure that client needs, agency standards and funding requirements are met
  • Prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices, including researching programming trends and current practices being used in other communities.
  • Provide oversight of clinical services according to professional standards, including group and individual therapy, case management and documentation for highest standard of quality and efficacy
  • Provide clinically appropriate crisis support to therapists and clients as needed
  • Maintain positive relationships of coordination with community partners

Additional Duties Include:

  • Serve on Quality Assurance Team and attend all meetings
  • Serve on Compliance Team and attend all meetings
  • Maintain current knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques, criminal justice systems, and community resources using in-service training, seminars, workshops, and publications
  • Manage concerns relating to coverage, productivity, customer service skills, and workload expectations
  • Provide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to support and broaden staff skill levels
  • Participate in the recruitment and interview process to determine the appropriateness of prospective clinical staff members.
  • Complete and forward copy of Incident Reports and any other safety/risk issues immediately to the Safety/Risk Coordinator.

Education & Licensure:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Masters' Degre in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or health-related field.
  • Independent Licensure: LPCC or LISW (Preferred), will consider LICDC if in combination with LPC, LSW, or higher

Experience:

  • Minimum: One year of administrative experience managing a clinical team
  • Minimum: Three years of clinical experience providing trauma informed care, including assessment, treatment, and consultation throughout full treatment episodes

Abilities:

  • Application of diverse modalities of counseling and diagnostic theories and techniques to a full range of diverse client populations as well as co-occurring disorders
  • Knowledgeable about the disease of Substance-Use Disorders, 12-Step Programming models, and community resources
  • Experience working with EHR Software
  • Communication skills to relate to all levels of staff. Self-motivated and confident application of continuous quality improvement and performance improvement philosophy and ability to implement organizational strategy.
  • Ability to build and develop strong teams to meet performance goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data management applications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
