Shifts Available : - Full Time Nights - AWAKE - 10 p - 6 a

Wage Range : $18.00 - $21.00 (DOE & certifications)

What you'll do each Night as a Care Partner :

Ensure the residents are safe and taken care of throughout the night

Clean the common areas of the home and organize supplies

Help residents live with dignity and independence by assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).

As needed administer medications and assist with treatments under RN delegation.

Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, and conditions.

Document care provided in RTasks, our electronic charting system.

Engage with residents - Whether reading, chatting, or reminiscing, your presence matters.

Keep the home safe and welcoming - Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.

Be ready for anything - Recognize and respond to emergencies with confidence.

What we look for in a Night Care Partner (Qualifications) :

1 year of care giving experience that includes use of hoyers & sit-stands, preferably in an Assisted Living setting or nursing home

Ability to take initiative and use sound judgement in high pressure situations

A heart for caring and a passion for helping others.

Previous caregiving experience (preferably in assisted living).

Dependability - Ability to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.

Strong communication skills - Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Patience, kindness, and a willingness to be part of a team that supports each other.

CNA / HHA certification preferred but not required
