You will supervise the Care Partners in their care of the residents of the home, including schedule management. Additionally, at times you'll work along side Care Partners providing hands on direct care to residents.
Full-Time, 40-50 hours a week, benefit eligible, role providing direct care and performing administrative work on a fluid schedule that includes every other weekend.
Wage Range: $50,000 - $55,000 with room to grow

Support You'll Have As a House Manager/Residential Supervisor
- Operations Manager to guide and support you and holds weekly 1:1 with you and monthly HM team meetings
- Nurses are available for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

- 2 year of direct care giving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living setting
- Ability to take initiative and use sound judgement in high pressure situations
- Exceptional customer service skills, and a person-centered care commitment
- Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including one day being on-call 7a - 7p, and available to work every other weekend
- Able to read/write and communicate effectively in English
- Exemplary listening skills
- Patient with others
- Ability to deescalate tense situations
- Love to care for others
- Previous leadership experience is highly valued but not required
- CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required
- Scheduling for assigned homes, while minimizing Over Time, as well as assisting fellow HMs in filling shifts. When on-call be available between 7a – 7p to cover on the floor if needed.
- Understand all Care Partner roles and responsibilities. Ensure that they complete each of them to standard.
- Be the point person for calls of assistance from Care Partners while on your shift, which may include supporting another home located in the south metro.
- Ensure all staff report on time and if not follow-up to ensure staffing coverages are maintained
- Provide guidance and training to new care partners who join the care team
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of independence and abilities while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs) such as shampooing of hair, showering/bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per residents care plan including medication administration
- Review Care Partner Charting and in collaboration with Clinical Team, counsel/educate as needed.
- Review Care Partner medication pass and in collaboration with Clinical Team, counsel/educate as needed.
- Review pass-down notes and address any needs that are noted.
- Assess house for repairs and cleanliness.
- Engage with residents - reading, talking, activities, looking through photos, etc
- Keeping the home clean and safe (sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, laundry)
- Report any issues with equipment or maintenance needed in the home
- Knowledge of emergency procedures
