Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee engineering, maintenance, and grounds operations.
- E nsure compliance with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and EPA.
- Implement and maintain energy management systems for efficient utility operations.
- Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
- Supervise contractors and staff to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Plan and manage hospital projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
