Job Description Summary :

The Program Coordinator will provide essential administrative support while also managing communications initiatives, including the analysis of social media and outreach metrics. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. The Program Coordinator will support both internal and external communication efforts, ensuring that messaging aligns with organizational goals and brand standards.
The Program Coordinator job responsibilities are :
Administrative Responsibilities :
- Provide organizational and logistical support for projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain records, track project progress, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions and action items.
- Manage correspondence, draft communications, and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement of project-related materials and resources.
Communications & Outreach Responsibilities :
Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications :
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma / GED plus 3 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
