ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Receivable Specialist located in Olathe, KS. The Account Receivable Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as analytical financial activities, communication with clients, debt collection, and managing invoicing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication skills for client interactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Investigate and resolve short payments, claims, and discrepancies promptly, taking appropriate escalation actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Support, Distribution, and Accounting, to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Verify billing accuracy to prevent errors and discrepancies in customer transactions
- Prepare clear and comprehensive monthly reports and analyses related to accounts receivable activities
- Strive to provide above-and-beyond customer service to maintain strong business relationships
- Debt Collection expertise
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 5 plus years of experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (required for consideration):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Debt Collection expertise
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational planning and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications - specific to power point, excel, word

- Significant experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Salary : $18 - $20
