About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at The GIANT Company. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
You will work closely with our sales floor team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. This will involve matching all items from the customer's online shopping list, substituting items for customers if requested, and assisting in loading their orders into their vehicles.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
A salary of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, will be offered for this full-time opportunity. Shift hours will be minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Select and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
